Product designer, 10+ years

I design and build products people understand.

I lead design for complex platforms like marketplaces, enterprise SaaS, fintech and AI products, from strategy to shipped code, with AI as my build partner.

Good design isn't decoration. It's clarity at the moment that matters: a parent choosing a tutor, an engineer forecasting cloud spend, a seventy-two-year-old logging their blood pressure. I design for that moment.

Clarity over completeness

Show what matters now, reveal the rest when it's needed. Progressive disclosure is how complex products stay calm.

Trust is a feature

People act on what they understand. Every AI suggestion explains itself, and every critical action can be undone.

Systems, not screens

Tokens, components and decision logs let a team ship consistent work long after the first release.

Built for complex platforms.

The products I do my best work on have many users, many roles and a lot riding on them. That's where experienced product design makes the biggest difference.

  1. Multi-sided platforms

Marketplaces, CRMs and admin tools where parents, tutors, operators and admins each need a different view, and the whole thing still has to feel like one product.

Sapience: marketplace, three apps, CRM and design system

  2. Enterprise SaaS and data

Dense dashboards, FinOps tooling and workflow software for power users, designed for speed, clarity and WCAG compliance at scale.

    +13% MRR from a multi-cloud budgeting feature

  3. AI-native products

Copilots, conversational interfaces and agent workflows with human checkpoints, explainable suggestions and clear recovery when the model is wrong.

AI-driven personalization up 30% at Sapience

  4. Systems and design leadership

Design systems shared across Figma and code, teams of designers mentored, and the workshops that get product, engineering and leadership aligned.

Led a team of four to five designers, with 98% design-to-code accuracy

Industries: EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, e-commerce, enterprise B2B, telemedicine, mobile banking and AI.

Selected work

Products I designed and built, each with its own case study: the problem, the thinking and what shipped.

FriendshipHub creator profile, home feed and voice call designs on three phones

FriendshipHub

Social calling app for iOS and Android, 2026. Product designer, design and front end.

Problem
People want real conversations with verified people, and creators need a fair, safe way to earn from them.
Thinking
Trust comes first: verified creators, encrypted calls, clear coin pricing, and recharging that never interrupts a call.
Solution
A discovery feed, voice and video calls, chat, gifts, live streams, a wallet and rewards, plus a creator side for onboarding and earnings.
Scale
60+ app screens, live on iOS and Android
FriendshipHub website hero: Real connections, made real, with a phone showing a verified creator profile

FriendshipHub website

Marketing website for the calling app, 2026. Product designer, design and front end.

Problem
An app that connects strangers by video has to prove the people are real and the app is safe before anyone gives it a phone number.
Thinking
Show the real product from the first second, say the safety features plainly, split listeners from creators, and let people read in their own language.
Solution
A dark glass design system, a feature list that drives a live phone mockup, a searchable language selector and 19 safety, legal and creator pages.
Scope
20 languages, 19 supporting pages

Kaaliber website hero: A machine that thinks like the best growth team

Kaaliber

Company website for an autonomous growth engine, 2026. Product designer, design and front end.

Problem
A company with three products (Graviiity, Photonplus and Orbiiit) needed to explain one big idea to advertisers: growth without the ad-tech middle layer.
Thinking
Lead with the idea, then let each product prove one part of it.
Solution
A brand-led site that moves from the problem to the solution to the products, with FAQs and a careers page.
Built with
Next.js, Framer Motion, Swiper and Lottie

QuantumQuake

Studio website for an AI consumer app company, 2026. Product designer, design and front end.

Problem
A young studio with several AI consumer apps needed one clear story for users, partners and future hires.
Thinking
Say what the studio believes first, then show the products as proof.
Solution
A focused page covering positioning, the app lineup (Friendship Hub, Astrohub and Dating Hub), the architecture behind its AI companions, and its principles.
Built with
Next.js, as a fast static site
Meridian Ops operations overview with KPI cards and an on-time delivery trend

Meridian Ops

Multi-tenant operations analytics platform.

Problem
Operations teams stitched together spreadsheets and portals to answer simple questions.
Thinking
Define each metric once, then let every tenant and role see only what is theirs.
Solution
Role based dashboards, a shared metric catalogue, a query builder, a permissions preview and plain-language alerts.
Lumen lineage graph showing sources, models and downstream consumers

Lumen

Data governance and observability console.

Problem
When a number looks wrong, finding out why takes days and ownership lives in people's heads.
Thinking
Start from one asset, show its neighbours, and make quality, access and incidents one connected story.
Solution
Readable lineage graphs, quality breakdowns, incident timelines, access requests and an exportable audit trail.

I design it.
Then I build it.

With tools like Claude, Cursor and v0, I turn designs into production-ready apps and front ends myself. It's much faster than a traditional handoff, and I don't cut corners on craft.

Design

Research, flows and design systems in Figma, grounded in what users need and what the business is measuring.

Build

Responsive, accessible front ends in React, Next.js and Tailwind, with Supabase or Firebase when a product needs a backend. Shipped as working apps, not just prototypes.

AI fluency

Deep, hands-on skill in prompting, agent workflows and context engineering, including MCP, so agents get the right tools and information to do real work.

Fewer handoffs, faster iterations, and what ships matches what was designed. The products below are proof, and so is this site: designed and coded with Claude Code.

Case studies from earlier work.

Case studies

Process write-ups, starting with the education marketplace I led at The Sapience LLC.

Sapience One discovery marketplace with a guided-match tutor card

Sapience One

AI-enabled education marketplace, 2025. Lead UI/UX designer.

Problem
Parents couldn't find or trust tutors, tutors faced complex onboarding, and admins ran operations by hand.
Thinking
Three roles and three mental models, in one consistent system. AI should assist decisions, and always explain why it suggests something.
Solution
A guided-match marketplace, a calendar-first learner app, role-based dashboards for tutors and admins, and a shared design system.
Impact
+35% engagement

About

I'm a product designer based in Noida, India. For more than ten years I've turned messy, multi-sided problems into products that feel simple, across EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, e-commerce and enterprise SaaS.

I've led design teams, mentored designers and run hundreds of research conversations. What's changed recently is how far I can carry an idea myself: I design it, build it with AI tools, and put a working product in front of users while others are still writing the spec. I care about human-centered AI, accessibility, and systems that keep improving as people use them.

Hiring for a product that has to get it right?

Bring me your most complex platform: the one with too many roles, too much data or an AI feature nobody trusts yet. I'll bring 10+ years of product design, the leadership to align a room, and the skills to build the first version myself.

  • Product design and design leadership roles
  • Enterprise SaaS, marketplaces, fintech and AI products
  • Remote, hybrid or relocation
